Mat 07:06  “Do not give dogs what is holy; (No imperative)

Mat 07:06 “Do not give dogs what is holy; and do not throw your pearls before swine, lest they trample them under foot and turn to attack you.

No imperative is present.
This is definitely a command, but does it have a connection to the context?

NOTE (my commentary)

DISCERNMENT QUESTIONS
What does this quote say?
What does it say that I should obey?
What is the wish? What are the outcomes?
What are the basic steps?
What are the obstacles?
Who needs to hear this?
